Akl studio and bcv studios pull down beds

we will probably need to move resorts for our stay due to csr renovations and I am thinking about the above choices. Would the pull down bed in the new modified studio rooms accommodate a 5ft 9 adult ? Daughter will need to share for sleeping arrangements. I noticed that the bcv has the pull down bed in front of TV as well as the sofa. I thought I had seen this layout at akl too, but it was the boulder ridge villas where I had seen this photo.

They say they will , and I know someone who's 5 ft 9 inches and almost 200 pounds who says they were very comfortable. I must admit that, having seen the pull down bed in BCV, I really wonder.
