In September we're doing an all out trip to Disney. AKL, food and wine festival, the works. Every time I book a trip, I get the coupon book with the % off a service coupon for the spas. I was wondering if anyone has used the spa services at AKL. I've never gone for a massage and I didn't know if it was worth it, since it's a bit pricey and takes away from park time. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We're Park open to close family. The prices are just too much compared to my local spa, unless you are getting 50% off. Disney is about customer service and I'm sure it is very good, just need to decide what you want from your vacation...

I had a massage there a few years ago as part of pre-wedding festivities (think it was the firm pressure above) & it was lovely not to mention relaxing.

If you don't want to be at the parks 24/7, it's a nice treat!

I haven't done AKL spa but did do GF spa. (Had the same discount thru my MYW package) and did the massage mid stay. It was extremely relaxing, and after a few days walking for what seemed to be 100 miles, it was very relaxing. What I do it again? Maybe... but it really was enjoyable!
