Akershus/Crystal Palace Birthdays

:wave: Hello everyone! I am going to WDW the 23rd - 29th with dh and dd who is turning one on the 23rd. We are eating dinner at Akershus on her birthday and Crystal Palace the next day.:slurp: Do you know of anything that they do for a child who is having a birthday? Just curious. Appologize if there is a similar post posted somewhere else.

We celebrated our DD birthday at Akershus for breakfast last year while we were there. The servers came and sang happy birthday. I also ordered a cake ahead of time and had it delivered. It was the most delicious cake I've ever had!

OMG!!!!! That is beautiful! Who do I call to order it? It will just be the three of us so I would like something small and that is perfect!!!!:wave:

This cake was vanilla & had some sort of custard type filling in the middle. It's the one that cost around $ 40.00. I can't remember if it was the smallest one or not, probably so.

We had lunch at Crystal Palace, for out son's 3rd birthday a couple years ago. They put confetti and streamers on the table and brought out a cupcake with a candle on it for him. We were also one of the first reservations for lunch, so all the characters gave him extra attention as not many were seated yet.

That is great....he looks so excited! We are too!:sohappy::wave: I am going to call ahead and let them know it is her 1st birthday.
