Have Anna and Elsa been part of character dining at Akershus or any plans for future appearances?

They are not a part of the princess rotation. I'm sure there will continue to be speculation about it since Norway seems like the most appropriate 'home' country for Anna & Elsa, but the answer is no - they are not there.

Heh bless the search function I was about to post something similar. Akershus makes the most sense were they to be added anywhere. Having written that, we have reservations at Akershus and CRT and my wife asked me to try to get 1900 Park Fare "just in case." Her feeling is it's the princess character meal that seems to be the least popular (we got same day reservations for dinner last time at WDW) so since the others are o frequently sold out or closer to it than 1900, if Anna and Else were to be added anywhere, it'd be 1900.
