I haven't tried Boma so I can't comment for there, but did eat at both Yak & Yeti and Sanaa a couple of weeks ago, with a BF who isn't picky but is conscious of what he orders due to having IBS, he loved both, at Y&Y he had the burger, I tasted it and it was amazing and at Sanaa he has the steak which he also really enjoyed but the spicy butter that comes on it was quite spicy.

Tusker House has become a favorite for us and we've been senior citizens for many years now. Nice setting, great variety of foods and characters are there if interested.

While it's a character meal, I never felt like it was if that makes sense. Because the characters come close together, room by room, it never felt rushed or the focus was just on the characters. It was a more relaxed character buffet experience than someplace like Crystal Palace or Hollywood and Vine. I wanted to go to Tusker House this trip at a time when we could get the end of the breakfast buffet and the beginning of their lunch selections but my husband wanted to try something different this trip. Next time, I'm going back to Tusker House! What other character meals are you doing?

Sounds awesome! I have read some reviews and they were all very good, its moving up the list for sure! Do you suggest breakfast? Or Lunch? We are for sure doing garden grill and my bf is a big stitch fan so Ohana breakfast! It just hit me though, my parents may not go to those meals with us depending on their dates so maybe it wont be character meal overload for them, it never is for me :):) Love characters!

Choosing between breakfast and lunch at Tusker House is so hard :hungry: My husband preferred breakfast because it's his favorite meal of the day but I like lunch more. You can't really go wrong with either option. I would suggest looking at their menu and reading reviews at The Disney Food blog to get an idea of the different options. Or you can try to get a reservation for a late breakfast and you can also be there for the start of lunch :) Their Jungle Juice (POG juice) is served with both meals if requested. Last year, we had a reservation for breakfast before the park opened and it was so nice walking through the park without crowds of people.

I had to cancel our reservation at Garden Grill this trip but I've heard nothing but good reviews. And Ohana dinner is my favorite but there are no characters. We dream about the Ohana bread pudding!!!!

Definitely try boma, not overpriced for an excellent Disney meal. Zebra domes are the best desert anywhere. We go there several times a year and never disappointed.

That is a hard decision! They were both really good, if I had to pick I think I would say Yak & Yeti, I enjoyed my food there slightly more and BF's burger was amazing, I think I would plan on my next trip to eat at Yak & Yeti and go for drinks afterwards at the Sanaa lounge & outside on the terrace by the fire watching the giraffes & zebras.
