Animal Kingdom Special Event
This was the worst event Disney every did.
There are about 5 to 6 thousand peopel expected and 34,000 or move showed up.
There was no room for anyone to move. Could not go on rides, could not use anything they had. :hammer:
We were one of the first people there and everything was taken. They people they had working there did not know what was up.
Had to leave.
It was horrible

Here are some "hilights" of the party...... if you could call them hilights:
*Attendance, expected to be well under 10k, was actually 13 to 15 thousand. This is more than the typical daytime attendance of the park.
*It took me 45 minutes just to get into the park and another 20 minutes to get out of the FRONT of the oasis!
*Dinosaur broke down around 7:15, causing numerous complaints.
*There was really no method of checking for annual passes, so many people who shouldn't have been at the party were there.
*The lounge was a total flop. (Although I'm somewhat partial to the Star Wars pinball game....)
*Pizzafari had record sales that night!!!!! But many passholders tried to abuse their discount.
*They ran out of raffle tickets at the games long before the actual drawing.
*Only 5 ice cream/beverage carts were in place for the event.
*They ran out of lithograph pictures, so most will be "mailed to you at a later date".
*coupons for ice cream and soda may still be used even after the party.

Don't count on finding yourself in that picture. It only shows a tiny percentage of the people there.
