Airline Tickets

I just booked a trip for August and did everything on the Disney World website. Has anyone every done this before? If so, I'm interested in how you get your airline tickets? Are they emailed to you, or sent regular mail? Any other helpful hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Almost no one prints tickets anymore.

I believe the info is part of your final travel documents that Disney sends. If not, just call and ask for the airline record locator (usually 5 characters), which will allow you to check in on the airline's web site.

Thanks. Just what does Disney send to you and when do the send it?

This should be changing for 2012, but until that starts...

If you are using Disney's Magical Express, you should receive an envelope from them about 24-30 days before travel.

If you have booked a MYW Package, and it sounds like you have, you receive a blue document package about 21-28 days before travel. It details all components of your package.

In 2012, they should be shipping together.
