Airfare Comparison Website

Last year when planning my trip I found a website that could compare airfare through almost all the major airlines accept southwest. Anyone know where I can find that again?

The website I use to see what the different airlines cost is http://kayak.com. You pick the airports you want & it also lets you search expedia, hotwire, priceline, & travelocity. You dont have to have it search those sites & just have it search the airlines' websites.
