My experiences with mine (slightly older, less active)....

Anything in MK except Space Moutain, Splash Mountain, BTMRR.
Anything in Epcot except Mission:Space and Test Track
Anything in MGM except TOT and RNRRC. Star Tours was fine for mine, but questionable.
Anything in AK except Kali. She did not want to go on anything where she would get wet.
Stay away from the VR games in Disneyquest.
Keep her off of the water slides.

I have taken my great aunt who is 73 with bad legs (cannot go on bumpy rides such as coasters due to car accident) on test track and she loved it. Howver with a cart it may be harder to get on/off the ride. She had a cane and wasn't the easiest thing for her. But she returned the next year(this year) and rode test track twice.

Star tours, she had no problem on it, but again, the cart i don't know. It didn't bang her up, and she did have her can with her the entire time. The best thing to do is have her go up to the car and see if she can get on, if the ride is to intense it'll end in 45 seconds.

You know, you could increase the number of possibilities here if you had a Delorean equipped with Time Circuits and a Flux Capacitor, and set that baby for any year from 1989-1994...WoM, Horizons, JII

Plus you'd be able to afford more stuff (inflation)

Of course a lot depends on Grandma. When we were there in September, I was amazed at how many seniors were in line for Splash, Space, and Big Thunder. Don't underestimate us oldies!

I agree. Just got back today. :( Last night we were on BTMRR and were fascinated by the elderly woman on the ride in front of us. She was having the time of her life on that coaster!

My grandomom went on the toboggan racers with us. When we got to the bottom, we were all looking at each other saying "Wher's MomMom?" She had a little trouble getting out the starting gate. She got down a little late, but laughing and smiling the whole way.
