If I have tickets for Epcot and I choose to do after hours for another park?

Youll have to buy a ticket for the other park for admission unless you have Park Hopper passes. Your EP ticket is for Ep only.

Gotcha. So if I am understand this correct. Since I'm at EP, and I get the after hours I would have to leave and come back in?

Yes it's only for 1 park.
