Advice please re resort spas

As it will our wedding anniversary when we are in Orlando this year I would like to surprise my wife with a booked spa visit. Looking at the main Disney site the best bets seem to be the spas at the Grand Floridian or Saratoga Springs. Does anybody have any experience of these any advice would be appreciated.

I then plan to round the day off with a surprise booking at Victoria and Alberts and arrange for our 6 year old to go into a kids club.

Sounds like a plan!

I dont have any experience of those, but I would also consider the new Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
