My wife and I will be staying at the GF with a theme park view. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for which building/rooms I should request. We're really looking forward to it.

It depends what your after really. I don't know the resort well but I think the options will be based around location (i.e close to the Monorail, close to the pool etc) so it depends whats important to you.

Mouseears normally has some good advice on this kind of thing

I think if you're at the GF and have a "theme park view" room, my guess is you'll be in either Sago Cay or Conch Key (towards the end of the building). Those, I think, are the only 2 buildings to offer views of the MK.

Have fun!

Don't get too hung up on getting a room with a view of the Magic Kingdom. You'll be seeing the MK a lot anyway.

We have had very good experience with just letting Disney pick the room. It's all good.

Good luck.

I'd be pretty hung up on getting it.....seeing as how you have to PAY EXTRA for it.

My wife and I stayed at the GF for our Honeymoon and were upgraded to a lagoon view in Boca Chica. If my memory serves me well you could also see the MK from there as well. I would imagine that just about anywhere you stay at the GF will have a decent view! It is awesome!!!:sohappy:
