We're visiting WDW in September. My 4 year old son is allergic to nuts. Does anyone have experience with this at the park resturants? Any tips on how to deal with it? What to order (or not to order)? I'm pretty stressed about it. Any info would be great!

Dont stress :)

Disney is one of my favorite places to go when it comes to alergy sensitivity (I also have a SEVERE nut alergy)

If you go to a sit down type place, just be sure to tell the hostess, or your waitress about the alergy. They will send out the chef to talk to you about the menu. They are always very friendly and understanding and VERY helpful. (as an example...the chef at O'Hana's told me not to eat the rolls only because they were baked off site, and he had no control over that particular kitchen)

As for the Quick Service...I cant think of an instance where I had trouble with anything on the menus there. Any desserts such as cookies or brownies will specify about nuts. Always feel free to ask though.

was that helpful?
