Gosh, I only know about this ride because of the game vmk had a little area with the game. But I've seen videos and pictures of it and it really looks like an interesting ride (never been on it, it probably closed by the time I was born ha!). I do hope it comes back, maybe with a few upgrades so the new generation my enjoy it as much as the people who rode it the first time.

I used to love that ride when I was little. Although, I remember being nervous when someone--maybe my Dad?--suggested that if the other side isn't working right, I might be stuck being so small!:ROFLOL:

The worst had to be World Of Motion and Imagination. No privacy AT ALL.
I rode Adventures in Inner Space way back in the late 70s. Was a bit intimidated at first look, but, once we were underway, I loved it.
The soundtrack, I've noticed, is quite popular in the Ride Track music compilations. I'm rather surprised that they have not tried to revive this attraction; with the improvements in effects technology and the omnimovers (a la Winnie The Pooh), it would appear that they could really plus this particular attraction.

I agree...I rode ATIS for the first time in '79, and even then, it was a bit dated, but with today's technology, it could be an awesome revival. I'm actually surprised Disney hasn't gone forward with a remake of this. I'd say rip out some of Innoventions and throw this in there. There's certainly plenty of room.
