I've noticed at the Oogie Boogie Bash, the costume rules are weirdly relaxed with a lot of people wearing masks and such. Someone's not getting paid enough to enforce that.

Adults are allowed to wear masks if their eyes are visible. According to posted guidelines.

In case anyone was wondering, I personally banned "adult" costumes from Disney Parks® after the Genie Lamp incident. Don't ask.

People hated that when the street performer came into Epcot and set himself up as the Genie.
