ADR's when staying off property

Everyone gets the 180-ADR window no matter whether you are staying on or off property. The perk for staying on property is that you can make all your ADRs for your entire stay (up to 10 days) starting on the first day your 180-day window becomes available. For those staying off property who wanted to make reservations 180-days out, you will need to call each day your window opens (or just wait and make them all 10 days or so later).
Does anyone know any restaurants that really do fill up quickly exactly 180 days out? I'm guessing Hoop-de-Doo, Cinderella's Royal Table, and Le Cellier during busy times of the year.

I would guess all the character meals, show meals like a Fantasmic/Brown Derby seating. And better times for all the signature places like California Grill or Jiko; you'll run into times of 5:10 or 9:45 but will have a little difficulty booking 7:30 if you wait too long. FWIW.
