ADR's when am I 180 days out???

Hello all, according to my "Days to go WDW" phone app I have 181 days to go. According to the WDW reservations website I have 180 days to go but when I called this morning they said that is wrong and I have to call back tomorrow. When I count on the calander I am getting 180 days if I include today. What am I doing wrong? The CM on the phone said their website is wrong and it's the second complaint today???

Can you use the website? For starters...it gives you a 1 hour jump on the phones + there's no waiting for a CM. The only thing I think you'd need to call for at 7 is BBB, but that also has a dedicated line if memory serves correctly.

What reservation are you tryin to make, that gets so booked up you are hitting the 180 day window at 6 am? ( I realize this could come off as rude but I assure you its not, I was just wondering what things were that important to your trip) have fun!!!

I called yesterday morning at 6:59 am and got a cm within three minutes. I had trouble getting reservations for Be Our guest and Le cellier for the times we wanted and had to do some switching around. Good Luck!!

I have been trying for the past few days to make our reservations for August. I am getting very upset and discouraged and have never had this happen before. Everything seems to booked and I am getting upset. I'm hardly getting any restaurant that I have been wanting. :( I have three young children and eating at 9:20pm isn't such a great idea. I have no idea what's going on this week in August.

Here is the scoop for me. My 180 day threashold was Sunday 2/18/13. The date reported on the My Disney Experience website is one day off for some reason. I tried on 1/17 and the CM told me I was a day too early. I got up at 5:50 am and started pinging the website. I was able to make reservations for 8/17 but that was it. Everything else (my +10 days) was unavailable although I could select it in the reservations calandar. I spent a fustrating hour on the laptop refreshing, logging in and out etc to no avail. I started calling at 6:50am and when I called at exactly 7am I got through and got to a CM within 4 min. From there we were able to book all of my ADR's to within 10min of the time I was hoping for. The exception was Citricos on our first day which was one hour later.
My experience is that while I love the design and layout of the new website - there are alot of errors and it seems to be useless for making ADR's if you are trying to get premium spots.
Anyway good luck to the rest of you and I hope you get what you were looking for! FWIW I was extreamly fustrated too and by the time I got to a CM She was very good and I was very happy when we finished.

I think the site simply can not handle the traffic. The online reservation system borders on useless between 6:00-8:00 AM.

Be Our Guest and T-Rex can be pretty impossible, even at 180 days out.

T-Rex can be gotten if you call them directly! I'd call in the rest of your ADR's the call center has been much better than the web sight lately!
