Last week, our bill was something like $140ish for 3 adults before the tip, I think. So $47ish per person plus gratuity.

It's our long time favorite 1 table service credit dinner. We are going twice on our next visit. The salad and starters are all put on the table at once for the effect of almost overwhelming hospitality. Usually with a hearty Aloha welcome. By all means save room for dessert!

It's been my experience that the appetizers come in waves. They start you out with a very tasty tropical bread. Then they bring the salad. Then they bring the chicken wings and pot stickers with 3 different dipping sauces. Then they start bringing the meats and shrimp on skewers. It's very easy to pork out on the appetizers, and then choke down some chunks of meat just cuz they're there. Good eatin', but not a light meal!

Yum - you definitely have me convinced! I'm usually a bigger fan of appetizers than the meal anyway, so as long as I keep room for a few pieces of shrimp and a bite of steak, I'll be ok.

I'll probably make a different post about this at a later date, but I'll ask here as well in case anyone has a recommendation. My mom and I are not big breakfast eaters, and I was planning on just eating a granola bar most mornings for breakfast. Since our dinner is at 3:45, and will be a big one, I figured we'd either do a light lunch at a QS right around 11am (as of right now our plans are Epcot for that morning, but could change. I figured some noodles from Katsura or a sandwich from the French QS might work), or actually do a breakfast QS this morning. The problem is, most traditional breakfast foods don't appeal to me - I don't like pancakes or waffles, and omelets are fine but not something I crave. I do love a bagel with lox, though! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good/unique breakfast QS at any of the parks? We're staying at Pop Century, so that's an option, but just curious what others recommend.
