I like the fact that WDW sends ADR reminders via email a couple of days before...I don't guess they had that feature last year during our trip (Sept. 2011).

Upcoming ADRs. They send reminder emails telling you when and where to be, just in case you forgot.

I think they added it around the time when the CC guar changes were made. i.e. offering so many things with no show fees possibly warranted a reminder system.

I love it because it actually reminded us that we had a dinner at Garden Grill that we weren't going to but thought we had cancelled. (The ADR was not showing wehn logged into their system and I had lost the confirmation numbers) It allowed us to have a chance to cancel it before the $10 per person fee would be charged.

I like it because you know before you leave on your vacation that the reservations you thought you made forever ago still exist! Before, I about held my breathe a little each time I checked in at a restaurant (even having all confirmation numbers.)
