ADR for Boatwright's necessary?

I don't think I'd make an effort to go to Boatwright's if I weren't staying at Riverside. Artist Point, while more expensive, is worth the effort, IMHO. The only thing Artist Point doesn't have compared to other MK resort Signature restaurants is a view, but I had one of the best meals I ever had at WDW there.

To aladdin2007, you may want to also consider one of the restaurants at Grand Floridian with a view of the castle, something you'd lose by dropping your Ohana's reservation.

Thanks, I always felt like they may be too stuffy there? whats the main difference between citricos and narcooses?

IMO, Narcoossee's is a bit more laid back than Citricos.
I have yet to dine at Citricos but we loved Narcoossee's. You could smell the food on the boat ride over to the GF from MK.
If your worried about stuffy atmosphere definitely give Narcoossee's a try. The GF is beautiful, especially at night!

Thinking about switching from a Ohana dinner to Boatwrights since the Polynesian is such a mess. Its a birthday dinner. Do you guys think Boatwrights is a good idea? or Artist Point? If we did drop Ohana Im thinking it would be between Boatwrights or Artist Point unless anyone can recommend a better spot? Not staying anywhere just coming over for an afternoon/evening.
I would never drop 'Ohana for either of those, and I love Boatwrights.....the Poly isn't that big of a mess, I was just there (actually checked in late at night when they started putting up the walls), its just a walled off lobby area, isn't like there is dust and dirt all over the place, you still walk in, take the stairs up, or go straight there from the monorail, no detours.
