ADR Charge Question

Going to WDW this Holiday Season. We have 11 people at the start of our trip and hopefully 11 at the end. There is a possibility that 2 of our group will be leaving halfway through the week due to work schedules.

We are making ADR (hopefully) for Friday and Wednesday. We know for sure all 11 of our group will be there Friday no problem so there is no issue there. We will probably not know if we'll have all 11 on Wednesday until about 2 weeks before our trip. If we don't have 11 we will still have 9 so we definitely want dinner reservations to be made pre trip.

Am I able to make the ADR for 11 people for Wednesday in case those 2 will be staying the whole week? Will I lose my ADR if I take 2 names off closer to the date and will I get charged for removing 2 names from our ADR?

Trying to get this whole WDW vacation planned out in advance...thanks for any info!

You can change the party from 11 to 9 no problem. We even added a person a couple weeks out before and had no issues.

However, there is no guarantee this will work. It is also possible you will lose your ADR. It just depends. I like your chances, but I don't want you to think you are 100% guaranteed to be able to do this with no problem.
