Adding non-ticket holding Family/Friends to FastPass+

So I have an AP and I setup my Fastpasses for the 24 hr party. I sent a link to my friend who is joining me so I can add her/share my experiences, but she hasn't bought her ticket yet, so I can't copy my selections and share them with her yet.

Will their be any way to still share my FP+ selections at the park? I'm worried because I'm afraid when we get there they'll all be gone and I don't want to give them up without her.

She has to have her ticket to make fastpasses. Once she ah a ticket you can use the ticket number and add her to friends and family on your MDE, but she must have a ticket to get fastpasses

No
Is your friend going to buy her ticket at the gate? Why doesn't she buy it online/phone now and pick it up at the will call window? This way she'll be able to link her ticket to her MDE account using the confirmation number so you can setup your fastpasses.

When your friend does eventually get her ticket (either ahead of time or at the park), you can copy your existing FP+ selections to her as long as there is still availability for the exact windows you have. (This can be done via the phone app, website or in-park kiosk)

I'm dealing with same experience.

Assuming they don't get tickets until they actually arrive there, how likely is it they'll be able to get FastPasses for the major attractions like Splash Mountain for example?

You will probably be able to get everything except Anna and Elsa, but the issue is it may not be available for the time slot that you have. I would really encourage them to get their ticket now.

So even if you show up each day with no fast passes reserved, you can still get everything you want for the most part?
If that's the case, then I'll just change mine around to match whatever they get.

That might be true on a "normal" day, but the 24-hour event is supposed to be very busy, especially with all the rumors floating around about potential soft openings for 7DMT for the event.

Not sure if you were specifically talking about the 24-hour event or not, but since the OP was, and you said you had a similar situation, I just didn't want you to be surprised if that didn't work for some reason.

I meant specifically on any day from June 8-15

Well, my trip is June 1-7, and as of right now I'm still able to get anything I want besides Anna and Elsa (which I don't want anyway) and 7DMT, which I already have booked. My hunch is that, since the rush of people who book at 60 days out, and the subsequent one at 30 days, have both passed, odds are pretty good that anything that's still available in the next two weeks will probably have some same-day availability, as long as we're not talking about HS on a SWW day, or anything else with that kind of crowd level.

Most things will be open. And once you link their tickets to their profiles they'll be able to make FP+ reservations for all days of their trip.

Depends on the day and the attraction. If you were trying to match them up on NYE or Summer Vacation then the odds might be pretty slim. Mid January, odds should be in your favor. But trying to get say TSM or Anna & Elsa will be pretty darn impossible to do at any time.
