Adding my mother in law to our reservation.

I made all of our reservations for the pop century with free dining but my husband asked his mom to go after all that was done. There would be room because she would be the fourth person, but will they make us cancel and rebook? I believe the pop is filled for free dining offers. I was wondering if any one knew any way to get around it if i had to rebook.
Thanks for any help given.

Not to worry...

Adding a fourth Guest to an existing room reservation is a simple modification. You will not loose your room, package or discount offer. Your reservation number and balance due date will also remain the same. You will be given a new total package price, and your new remaining balance.

When you call, please have the full legal name of the Guest you are adding as well as their home address as it appears on their ID. Remember, all Guest in the room must be on the same package with the same components and MYW ticket options.

Enjoy your stay with us! :sohappy:

what if you're adding someone to a room but theyre not going to be there for the same amount of time? Disney just told me it was possible when i called, but JP, it seems youre telling me different. And i know you're a really reliable source.

My parents booked a week long vacation. I got mad at them for not telling me and booking when I couldnt go. Naturally, I worked around it and am able to go with them for 4 days of the vacation. I thought all was fine when I got off the phone with disney, but now im worried

When booking your stay, everyone will need to be listed on the reservation for the entire length of stay.

If you have a room-only reservation, then you will have no problems at all. Any added adult fees for nights you are not there can and will be deducted by the Resort when you check-in.

If you have a vacation package, then while any added adult fees for the room can be deducted, everyone in the room must still pay for the same MYW Ticket length and options, and if dining is included, must pay for the plan for the entire length of stay.

If you do not need as long of a ticket, book everyone with the shortest ticket needed, and then upon arrival individual tickets can be upgraded to add more days for those who need them at the same cost as buying in advance.

With the dine plan, all adult meals are pooled together. Meaning others in the room can enjoy your meal entitlements when you are not there, maybe going to signature restaurants and dinner shows.
