Pre-Trip Ack! It's sneaking up on me!

So, here I am- the self proclaimed Uberplannermom and I have a confession... I feel very behind in my planning! Why you ask? Because our trip was recently moved up by a month and is therefore now just under a month away! Yowzas! To try and get on track I am going to do a pre-trip report and hope that pushes me along.
First, let me introduce the cast of characters!
There is Boogie (8, his 5th time in the world!)

Kinsey (2 going on 3, this is his birthday trip though he has spent one day at MK before)

Baby Brad (1 and a true first timer!) (pictured with me)

Hubby (32 and Disney convert, seen here with Baby Brad)

and obviously me (33 and the Disney force in the house)

We haven't been to Disney for a full trip since I was pregnant with Kinsey so it has been a LONG TIME! We are so ready to go back but, again, I feel so behind!

Now that you know the who let's move on to the when and where of things. The plan here is to do a planning post for each day so that it's easier to go in and change things as planning can be a little fluid.
When: February 23rd- March 1
Where: Pop Century Resort, standard room

This entire trip will be new and unusual for us. This is our first real Disney trip with more than one child. It is our first trip outside of hurricane season. And it is our first time staying at Pop Century. We actually let Kinsey pick the hotel since this is his birthday trip. I was a little surprised that he chose Pop but I am actually happy to get to try another resort. The next time we head to the world we will probably have to stay in a family suite or at a moderate! We have that many kids... Haha!

February 23rd
7 am (hopefully)- get the brood up and moving through showers, breakfast and any last minute additions to the packing
8 am- hit the road and drive, drive, drive
We will stop for gas and a picnic or two on the way down but otherwise we will be zooming to Florida. My hope is that that will land us in Florida at around 6 pm. Check in at whatever place I have found for the night eek: Must get this nailed down!) and hopefully head to DTD for a few hours, maybe even find our way to Beaches and Cream. I have never been but I think between the 5 of us we could put a hurt on a kitchen sink and I could finally mark that off my list of things to do someday!
Hopefully turn in for the night at about 10 PM

February 24th
6 am- up and at 'em
7 am- head to Pop to check in.

We will also be picking up the ECV we have rented from ScooterBug. I haven't seen any reviews of the company but fingers crossed. This will be another first for us. I hate spending the money on me so this was a really hard decision. Add to that the fact that I know people are really judgmental about a large person on a scooter (my size is not why I need it but you can't see that from looking) and you have to know I am a little scared. Oh well! Sorry for everyone but we will be the family you hate. I'll be on a scooter while my husband pushes the double stroller through the park.

9 am- Hollywood Studios!, hopefully sign Boogie up for Jedi training academy
10-11 am- FP+ for TOT
1:20 pm- lunch at Hollywood and vine
4-5 pm- FP+ TSMM
5:30- 6:30 pm- FP+ ST
Fantasmic at 8 I think
Park closes at 8 pm but has evening EMH which hopefully we can take advantage of.
11 pm- lights out

Have a great trip! We will be going a few weeks before you with our own double stroller. The world is just not made for those, lol.

Don't feel bad at all about renting a scooter, you do what you need to do to make your vacation magical!

I heard a few weeks ago Beaches & Cream started taking ADR's. Just a heads up. Although, chances are you already knew that UberPlanner!

7 am- up and moving
8:30- arrive at MK for opening show
9 am- MK opens!
10:45 Baby Brad's first haircut at Harmony Barbershop!
10-11 am- Space Mountain FP+
2:10-3:10 pm- Little Mermaid FP+
4:05-5:05 pm- Pooh FP+
6:40 pm- dinner at 1900 Park Faire
Possibly stick around and watch the fireworks and water pageant from Grand Floridian
Park closes at 10 so we should be passed out by 11

9 am- HS opens, if we failed at getting Boogie into Jedi training academy before we will certainly try again today
10:15-11:15 am- ST FP+
11:55-12:55- TSMM FP+
3-3:15 pm- Disney JR FP+

7:50PM- Dinner at Cape May
10 PM- Lights out

9 PM- park closes
10:30- bedtime!

9 am- MK opens, we could be a bit late today- no biggie I suppose
10-11 am- BTMRR FP+
12:55 pm- lunch at Crystal Palace
3-4 pm- PPF FP+
4:45-5:45 pm- Buzz FP+
Wishes and Parade tonight, just don't know if we will hit the 7 or 9 pm parade
Park closes at 11
I expect the boys will be passed out before we even hit the van!

Guess what arrived today courtesy of UPS? Yep, we are definitely getting close! It feels like we have been waiting for this forever and yet like it's all sneaking up on me.
