Absolutely!!

Get to the parks when they open and hang out until they start getting crowded or until just after lunch. Then take the bus back to your resort and get some pool time, or take a nap, or have lunch at the resort so you can see more at the park. Then after a two or three hours, head back to the parks to get some end of the day rides and fireworks.

It really is a whole new experience to be "On Property".

Yes staying onsite is most definatly the way to go. Whilst the All Star rooms aren't as nice as all the other disney resorts (I've heard horror stories about late night drunks, teenage field trips, paper thin walls, and not up to disney caliber service) the transportation advantages alone warrant a stay

Resorts

Any WDW resort or hotel is worth the stay. no mater if it's the All Stars or a suite at the Grand Flordian. Stay on property, no question bout it..
