Accessing reservations online

I have got my 12 digit us disney reservation number but all I get when trying to retrieve my booking is this

My Disney Vacation - Error
Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

I am 85 days away from my holiday so its not that. So why can't I get my booking?

Did you book direct with Disney or with a travel agent?

I booked directly through Disney and I was never able to access the online reservation thingy earlier this year. I had the same message.

Same here. Booked thru Disney, made reservations online, 83 days out and haven't been able to access ADRs online. I called just to confirm my confirmation numbers :lol:

Not sure how it works for guys over in England but you also need ot make sure your phone number is correct.

Unfortunately, I believe that UK customers can't retrieve their reservation on the US site, even with the 12 digit number - I've tried a number of times, and each time it hasn't worked. When I finally called Disney, they informed me that because of phone number issues, it's not possible, but that they're trying to sort those out!

Yes we can, i can view all my adr's, as i am staying at pop i just used their phone number as my contact number, iv accessed my adr's multiple times to re book at differant times and to cancel adr's

I think the main issue here was for resort reservations, not ADRs. I booked my actual resort reservation through WDTC here in the UK, so I had to give my personal phone number, not that of the resort I'm staying in. It's this phone number you can't use on the US site - or any UK phone number, for that matter.

If people book their ADRs that's a different thing, especially if using the resort phone number.

Are you from UK? Still probs accessing reservations because of the system not accepting UK phone numbers (or resort numbers).
