Accessing AP Passholder Website

I just purchased two annual passes online through Disney and selected Will Call as the form of delivery. All they have given me is a "reservation" number to present when I get down there. How can I access the passholder's site? I'd like to check out the hotel discounts and see if theres something better than what I have booked now. Oh, I leave on May 24! :sohappy:

Yep. The savings are awesome with an AP (especially when you are a FL resident). As far as the site goes, I think I had to wait until I got my pass in hand iirc.

Pass or voucher. I don't think a will-call order will work.

Thanks for your replies!

Ok, I decided to call and they told me that you can't access the site with Will Call tickets, but you can if you have them shipped! (vouchers, I believe?)

Anyway, I switched to shipping and later called back about my resort reservation. I was able to get the 40% off AP rate on my preferred room at All Star Sports (4 nights).. I previously had the 25% GP rate, so I ended up saving $80! :D

I was told I would need to exchange the vouchers before I check in. Can I do this at DTD? Seems like it would be less of a hassle to go there..

Our AP saved us about $1400 on our 7 night stay at the Contemporary. They really come in handy, and we will have used them for a total of 16 days at WDW by May 15th, and have only had them 5 months and they last 18 months. Well, at least a FL resident passes last that long. I think that they also saved us about $1,100 off of our stay at the Beach Club in December.

I was always told the voucher had to be exchanged before check-in, but have checked in without doing so. They asked me to return later with the activated AP.

Yes, you can do it at Guest relations at DTD or at any ticket window or GR at the parks.

If it makes you feel any better, half the time I can't access it WITH an active pass. It's not a very reliable site to be able to access.

Not old, just vintage.

What he said. :lookaroun I haven't been able to access the site for months. I've also managed to check in with a voucher, but to be on the safe side I would recommend hopping over to DTD first and doing the exchange.

HHhhmmmm..... I've never had a problem getting to the Passholders' Landing. Maybe they just like Canadians better? :drevil:

I had a ton of trouble logging in with the exchange certificate. I finally emailed the wdw site technical team and they had me choose the regular pass instead of the exchange certificate when putting in the numbers. It worked. It's a messed up site

We stayed at Pop over Easter break and booked the AP special. We didn't even purchase the AP's until we got down there. The CM at Pop never asked for the AP. we did head straight to MK once we were in our room. We arrive at Yacht Club in July using an AP rate and figure we will have to show them. The last time we stayed at YC using an AP rate we had to show the AP's.
