About Spectro

I know the last thing we need is yet another MSEP/Spectro thread but I wanted to ask, Does anyone seriously know where Spectro is right now? The reason I ask is I remember reading in another thread awhile back that the floats were stuck in a tent and some were just scattered around here and there...
If true it sounds like they are not taking very good care of the floats for one and Secondly that shows that little to nothing is being done with the floats during the parades downtime...

Is the current rumor still that Spectro is getting this so called "major overhaul"? and if so do we know to what extent? Like are we talking major as in tdl dreamlights look/technology? or major as in what DCA did with the EP?
I am not sure if TDO is even capable of doing Anything along the lines of tdl dreamlights or that type of technology haha. Heck they can not even give us a new daytime parade much less a state of the art nighttime parade hahaha.

Spectro was used fairly recently for decoration at the Wine & Dine Marathon. Pieces of is were spread all over property along the race route.

Hmm interesting. They probably have no intentions of doing a thing to those floats.... It would seem if they were going to they would have already started working on them instead of letting all this time go by. Not very promising haha.

I agree with you ! We will be at WDW during Xmass week. Was really hoping that SpectroMagic would be back. MSEP is a waste of time.

MSEP is a classic. Relax people. If you don't enjoy it, oh well. There are plenty of people that do. I like them both very much. Sure, I give Spectro the edge, but MSEP is still very enjoyable and brings back a nice nostalgic feel.

I still kinda feel that soon enough we'll all see a whole new parade. Just a matter of when. And it'll be amazing. Then you'll have your complainers to bring Spectro back, the people who want MSEP to come back, yada yada yada.... The bickering will never end

It really was wonderful! Great, peppy music...and I LOVED the fact that some of the lesser represented movies got a chance to "shine". It really was a wonderful parade. A breath of fresh air! Thank you TDA for giving it back after fixing it!

Yeah, just go look at any of her posts about MSEP in the past. All strange, pithy and troll-like. She's entitled to her own opinion but saying stupid things like "bring it to DHS for the croissant crowd." and "let them eat MSEP"... Is she high? It doesn't contribute to the conversation.
