For some reason (possibly dementia or hallucinating again) I seem to remember hearing that there is an environmental/wetlands reason why the place hasn't been demolished and that it's a similar reason why the treehouses sat in such a sad state for years. Any RCID experts have any insight?

Restricted airspace. It is illegal to fly, including drones, within a certain radius of Magic Kingdom.

My brother found that out the hard way when he lost his giant remote control helicopter around Fort Wilderness. Lol.

I hate to use the phrase "Walt wouldn't let that happen"...........but, well, he probably wouldn't.

It was a brief time but River Country, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon were all open at the same time, along with the 4 major parks. It certainly wouldn't hurt if they could ever get it back up to par again.
