There is a park (not a Disney park) I heard that has free soft drinks all day for the guests. Not just little samples either.

Of course, when you have less than 500 employess, are seasonal, don't stay open until 1 in the morning, and have less then 10000 guests a day, it's probably easier to provide better guest service.
