My 90 day starts on Monday. I've spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone with my travel agent and so far 4 different Disney CMs but no one has been able to figure out what to do. I've seen on various forums where some type of change was made to the system last week that enabled AAA members to use the online ADR system but I can't seem to figure out what it is. Apparently AAA is the only TA that uses a different confirmation number instead of the standard Disney confirmation number. One CM told me that next time I should book with someone else to avoid the problem. One of the others gave me another number that she said was our Disney hotel reservation confirmation number but that doesn't work either. Have any of you dealt with this mess and if so were you able to find out a solutions?

Hmmmm.... There's nothing special about ADRs for AAA package. I've got an AAA package booked, and we're leaving in a month. The online system does not ask for any kind of room confirmation number. It only does name and phone number - it doesn't ask for a vacation confirmation number. You don't have to do anything special. Actually, I started booking my ADRs before we even had the trip finalized.

You have to book through AAA to get the room discount and book a package. Otherwise, you can book through anyone, but you have to do it room and tickets separate, and this doesn't allow through a package.

I booked my trip through AAA and have found I can not retreive my room reservation or plan an itinerary on the Disney site. But, I don't think the ADR s are a problem as I have been able to pull up the ones I made over the phone now on the website and review them. If you get an answer on what number to use for reservation let me know! I plan to check-in online in a few days and need to get the mess straightened out. I mainly booked with AAA for the "perk" of the storytime with a character!! Make sure you get your vouchers for it!

If you go through any travel agent, you can't use the online system to pull up your ressie.

However, you can use this site to do online check in: mydisneyreservation.com/guest

Seriously, you don't need any resort confirmation number to make ADRs, even on the phone. They just ask you that to tie it in to your room. If you HAD to have a confirmation number, then people off site or locals couldn't make them, KWIM?

Actually, that glitch is fixed and if you booked with a travel agent or are a DVC member, you can now book ADR's online. The issue may be if AAA gives you a different reservation number than the Disney reservation number.....

But again, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A RESERVATION NUMBER to book ADRS online.

True, but you do need a Disney reservation # if you are an onsite guest and wish to take advantage of the 90 + 10 day policy when making ADR's. Otherwise, the online system will only let you book the 90 day ressie, and no more. If you successfully retrieve your resort reservation, you will be allowed to make ADR's for the duration of your trip. I would surmise that is what the OP is trying to do.

Well, the OP only says that she's trying to do a 90 day ressie, not a 90 + 10. I understand where you are coming from, though, :slurp: but it's just not what it says. But maybe that's what she means. ;)

I was on the phone with Disney 3 times the other day trying to get answers in regards to ADR's and reservation numbers. I cannot do anything either. First of all...NO ONE will give me the reservation number. The first CM told me that my travel agent has to do EVERYTHING....including ADR's ..."That's why she's getting the commission."...."Maybe next time you could book through us and avoid all of this." This is from Walt Disney World Travel Co.

He also told me that I shouldn't have a problem calling Disney Dining to make my ADR's for my entire trip at the 90 day mark. I told him that in the past I never had a problem, but last year they WOULD NOT allow me to make my trips ADR's for my stay without the reservation #. I had to call each day to make an ADR. FRUSTRATING!!!!!:brick::brick::brick:

Also, he told me I could not pull up any of my trip information online because I did not book through Disney. Again....only my travel agent can.

In regard to the Itinerary planning, I sent a question to the website and in their response, they said in short that they were having a technical problem with Internet Explorer and sent me a link to get firefox.
