Disney just announced an original live action film
(Okay its not a remake, but not truly an original)
It is a film based off Don Quixote, if the plots is somewhat similar to say something a certain imagineer made for The House Cup in his last year for a duel against @JokersWild , not saying who did the project but I'm sure the person's close
In all reality it would be cool if it were the same/similar plot as my ride, but it would not be accurate to the book at all I know, the project that was based off a novel, but yeah his stories in the Wikipedia summary did not translate very well to a ride.
I know lock me up in the dungeon, if you can catch me...

And it was my favorite film from last year, but sadly its hard to find people who enjoyed the film.
I actually have the book too! It's a fun read.
I would watch a film based off the Disney Parks Don QuixoteMaybe it'll be based off the cameo in it's a small world

Didn't have time earlier to give my thoughts on this but...
Ahh!
The cinematography looks even better than The Force Awakens. All the diverse environments for battles...tropical, desert, mountains, space. We've never had that (only cuts through in Order 66 for Ep 3) And the way they show the scale of the Death Star looks amazing! That shot in the clouds was gorgeous!
I don't want to send expectations way too high, but it's up there.

I'm very intrigued, though Don Quixote films seem to be cursed to some extent (as both Orson Wells and Terry Gilliam have shown in the past.) I'm super intrigued, though I'm personally waiting for Gilliam's version, which is finally back in production after 20 years, unless it's been cancelled again....Disney just announced an original live action film
