@tcool123 do we have to use IPs in the project? I ask because, I wanted to try out an old idea of mine that I wouldn't ordinarily do in a modern day comp...It's an old idea I had when I was younger that's kind of like Lights Motirs Action but in a coaster...of course the studio theme isn't relavent anymore so I never really worked on it on here, but now I can! :p :joyfull:

It's very cool how they spliced together actual Rod Sterling audio from the show into the library scene!

Another reason why WDW's version is much better:cool:
Tis! The Tokyo version looks pretty awesome too, but to me the lore behind the twilight zone makes it something so special and incredible...something beyond just a drop tower...

Just stay away little Raccoon man:p

One day to Tokyo...

Ha I poked my head in the other thread in N&R.

I'm very very skeptical of the ToT replacement rumors...especially given the influx of Toy Story and Star Wars already in DHS. $ and cents wise, it seems very un-Disney of the last decade.

That's one of the things about it that doesn't make sense to me... Of all the attractions to give a cheap overlay to so that they get GotG I the parks, why choose to remodel that massive looking tower? There are far cheaper options.

But here's the thing...that rumor says it wouldn't happen at least until after Toy Story Land opens, sometime in 2018. Given how much this rumor has fluctuated in a few months, there's hardly a chance it will stay the same for two years IMO.

After 4+ years on this site, I've just learned to take everything with a grain of salt.

It's why I don't frequent over there as much as I used to...it's mostly people blowing smoke, taking rumor as fact, and then getting all hot and bothered. :p

There was a rumor of Cars Land coming to DHS - it was all but confirmed by the "sources"...(btw this was in August 2012:bookworm:) As of today? *crickets*

DCA makes sense because it is building to a bigger Marvel Land. DHS cannot build a Marvel Land...so it makes no sense over there, and considering that the ToT is one of the most popular attractions in a park in need of attractions, again...it just doesn't add up when you think about it. o_O

You do not have to only use IPs. :D
