A quick dining question...

I've been to Carthay a couple times and it's one of our favorite places to eat. I haven't had anything that's available ont he WOC menu though.

Unfortunately on our second visit they no longer served the Kobe beef cheek sliders we enjoyed so much on our first visit. Just checked right now, and it looks like the open faced beef sandwich that we liked in January isn't available now either.

The cheddar biscuits are amazing though.
