Aren't they the cutest? :inlove:

What: A family trip to WDW!

When: September 17th- September 26th 2017.

Where: Staying at the Coronado Springs!! Excited to be at a moderate this year :D

Why: If you read my TR from last September you will know that Billy and I were rushing around A LOT. We missed reservations, foods we wanted to try and things we wanted to see. Heck, we only had 7 days to pack in all the parks, both waterparks and Universal studios. With one park a day tickets  We NEEDED more time in Disney and so this trip starting being planned. My parents miss Disneyworld, I think they were a little jealous when we went last year and they got to watch my dog! Haha. When i started talking about our plans to go in 2017, they just had to jump in on the fun!

My parents will probably not be there for the entire 10 days, it all depends on their schedules but we will definitely have 5 full days with them. Billy and I will have 10 day water park and more & park hopper tickets, and we are hoping to add the dining plan when they announce it next year. We may decide to visit Universal again but as of now its looking like a no, we really want more time in the Disney parks! We are super excited to have park hoppers this time around, it will be the first time in a LONG time for me.

We wont plan any meals until we have my parents dates but i am already making my "must try" list :D hehe GARDEN GRILL!

A little more about us! We all LOVE Epcot, and will probably spend a good amount of time there, especially if we catch the F&W festival again. My mom is like me and loves the planning. We look at all the menus and plan most of the meals. She likes to take the parks a bit slower. Really taking in all the little details and going on all the rides, "boring" or not. She also LOVES pins and pin trading. Billy is like a kid again in WDW and cant wait to ride all of the biggest and fastest rides as many times as he can fit in, he doesn't care much about the places we eat as long as they have steak, his go to meal. He is also a big fan of wandering around Disney springs after the parks close, one of my favorite things to do as well! My dad is super easy going and can go either speed as long as he has a beer in his hand :hilarious: He used to be our designated fastpass grabber but hopefully he will enjoy using Fastpass +. It should be a fun trip and i am so happy its officially booked!

I don't know how I just found your PTR now, loving the plans so far! I've always wanted to stay at Coronado Springs, can't wait to hear what you think of it. Oh, and my husband has that same shirt as your boyfriend, love it!

As hard as its been to get Billy into the planning he has made a couple of request. 1. He wants to visit MK on our anniversary 2. BOG breakfast again... I tried him for lunch but he is insisting we have breakfast... new things right? 3. He also wants to do EXACT same thing we did last year on our first day. Typhoon lagoon, then Epcot and dinner watching illuminations :hilarious: He has agreed we can eat somewhere different, but my parents want Rose & Crown or Raglan road at some point so depending on their dates/which they decide they want more, we may literally have the exact same first day... OH well! It was a really fun day and I am grateful for his input. Everything else is left up to me and momma! Couple of for sure ADR's... Garden Grill, Ohana breakfast, CALI GRILL (thanks to @belledream for her mouthwatering photos and review) 50's prime time (again with the new things.. but its a favorite for my whole family and a MUST do) And that's it for now!

Hmmmm... Your boyfriend wants to be in MK on your anniversary??? You know.... many people tend to get engaged when they are at the MK on their anniversary... Just Sayin.... :inlove:

This thought has crossed my mind! And he knows i would just die to be proposed to anywhere in WDW. I don't want to get all excited to be let down... So i'm just taking it as he just wants to be in MK because its my favorite and Cali grill is nearby ;)

Lol I was thinking the same thing! I hope it happens for you if that is what you want.

I give you credit to plan a trip so far in advance. It would probably kill me to plan a trip over a year in advance because I'd be so impatient! I'm kind of kicking around a Food and Wine solo trip for next fall, but as of right now its all just a fantasy in my head and I don't know if I'll have the nerve to actually do it.

I would LOVE to be proposed to in Disney but in a more intimate way. I wouldn't complain if it was in front of the castle in front everyone but i would love it if it was more special :inlove: It seemed crazy to me at first but now time seems to be going quick! I feel like all of a sudden ill be booking ADR's. You should totally book a trip if you can! Food and wine is awesome, I think you would love it :) If you go solo you could meet up with some of us crazies from the forum ;)

My sister was just proposed to on our Disney trip in August in front of the castle and although she was over the moon, I don't know if I'd want the same thing. It was very hot and we were in a crowd of people. I agree something more intimate would be nice or at least when you aren't wall to wall people.

Booking a Food and Wine trip is very tempting! I really would like to experience it, but its not looking like anyone is going to be able to go with me. I've always wanted to do a solo trip, but the idea of it is a little scary. I also have to see if I can swing it financially. My sister is planning a Fall 2018 wedding, so I feel like its either next year or three years from now. I'll think about it a bit more seriously once Food and Wine dates are released for 2017.

Looks like you're going to arrive on the same day I'll be arriving. Trip twins! Alas, we will be leaving sooner because we can't take that many days off of work. Also, watching this thread, and sympathizing with having an S.O. who wants to do all the Signature dining.

My mom casually tells me last night, while we are carving pumpkins, that she has asked for the time off for this disney trip. I was like   "I have been waiting for you to tell me your dates so i can start planning!" She found this all very funny.

I have a rough plan of what our days will look like. Feel free to give input. I, of course, do not have park hours yet or schedules so this could be completely rearranged. Park names with ? is if it was open later/EMH.

(This plans are an older outline, stay tuned for an update!)

Day 1, Sunday-
Typhoon lagoon? (We arrive 5:30-7 am. If room is ready before 10am, we will be sleeping haha)
Epcot
Dinner @ spice road table, hopefully during illuminations

Day 2, Monday-
Animal kingdom
Mid day break
Early dinner @ Raglan Road
Back to AK for nighttime activity

Day 3, Tuesday-
BOG breakfast
MK
Late lunch @ Garden Grill
Epcot (F&W)
Maybe back to MK?

Day 4, Wednesday-

Day 5, Thursday- :inlove: (my parents will be at Epcot for most of this day, their dinner will be at Le cellier or Yachtsman)
MK
Monorail resort hop
Break at Hotel/change for dinner
Dinner @ Cali grill
MK
Epcot?

Day 6, Friday-

I'M GOING TO DISNEYWORLD THIS YEAR!!

I have been trying my absolute hardest since June to forget about this trip! But i just cant anymore. Time is flying faster than ever. A countdown that started at 451 days is now down to a mere 253

Park hours will be out and i can start booking ADR's in just a little over two months. Even though i am so indecisive about where to pick! WHY MUST DISNEY HAVE SO MUCH GOOD FOOD THAT I JUST MUST TRY :arghh:

My dad starts a new job this month and my parents are a little unsure of how it will affect the trip in terms of his PTO. I've decide to stop worrying about them, as much as i want them to come, if they don't oh well! Either way i am just over the moon happy to be going for 10 whole days :inlove: And THIS September.
