A new Toontown for WDW - Yet another revival (open brainstorming)

Yes, but I don't really consider shorts to be really movies. And look at Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards or even Animation Courtyard (heck, look at the whole park), and you tell me if the carnival theme would fit in the park. And while we're at it, let's look at this music loop for Toontown Fair:

  • The Grasshopper and the Ants
  • Little Toot
  • The Pied Piper
  • The Country Cousin
  • Who Killed Co(c)k Robin (I had to make an adjustment to be the censorship here)
  • The Skeleton Dance
  • Springtime
  • The Tortoise and the Hare
  • Casey At the Bat
  • The Three Little Pigs
  • Goofy's Theme
  • Minnie's Yoo Hoo
  • Donald Duck's Theme
  • Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?
  • Box Lunch
  • Camping Out
  • Funny Little Bunnies
  • Playful Pluto
  • Pluto's Playmate
  • Puppy Love

And also, let's actually listen to some of the music, too:

I just don't think that the music loop for Toontown Fair would fit well here at DHS. So what can be done about that?

Well this would be themed a bit different haha so there would be different loops. plus, the loops would be from the black-and-white films

Well, let me ask another question: if you plan to have the land outdoors, how would it look against the Florida sky, which would not be black and white? Not that Florida's weather is the friendliest in the world (it's very seldom clear and blue), but that's beside the point.

The sky would be blue... but it'd be feel black-and-white. The whole mini-land wouldn't be ENTIRELY black-and-white but it'd be very gray.. Do you understand?

This is just a little idea in my head no need to pound and ask serious questions as if ground breaks tomorrow

I think your land may have to be colorized, because I still don't quite understand. I just feel as though a black-and-white(-and-gray) land in real time might be a little too contrasting with the surrounding area, as well as the sky.

Now, I know that this is just an idea of yours, and I'm not asking when groundbreaking begins. I just want to be down-to-earth on this thing. No offense, but I'm more used to cartoon-themed lands being in the castle parks, which is where they are located more often than not. For example, the Disneyland Toontown is located in a castle park and so is the Japanese Toontown. And up until recently, Florida's Toontown Fair was located in a castle park, too.

If you were to look at any of my threads in the Imagineering section here, you would notice that my ideas tend to go into (at least as far as WDW is concerned) the Magic Kingdom or Epcot, the two parks I'm most comfortable with. And when I do threads like these, I actually do tend to do them as if they would happen in reality.

Also, as a way of making up for the loss of Toontown Fair, I had created this ride in Storybook Circus, which has some shorts overtones and its own thread here: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/...circus-feedback-and-critiques-welcome.836057/. Check it out sometime.
