There was a time when members could poke fun at each other without their thin skin evaporating. Sarcasm and innuendo were quite common in the forum, especially from our British cousins, and it required no explanation. How "laughing out loud" was replaced with "whining and pettiness" is the eighth wonder of the world.

After all these years and your still talking about Mr Lightbeer,I'm married to a Legend! It's great to see those old (and ugly) faces of Jay London and Seano,as well as old friends Tramp , Maria and The Mom .I've been away from the board a while ,what happened to Jay Rod ( Director of the L.P.S.) ? It was alot of fun in those old days but it did eventually get out of hand,but I think Mr Lightbeer in some small way helped to get this board off with a bang!!!!!!!:hammer:

I can only speak for myself when I say "those were the good ol' days." Mr. Lightbeer, aka Mr. Brightcheer, aka The Beast did manage to pust the envelope a little too far but, when Mr. Lightbeer was ostracized from the forum, a good part of the fun went with him.

Did you notice I spelled ostracized with a 'c' and not an 's' like you Brits do? You Brits have really messed up the English language. And you drive on the wrong side of the road too!:lol: :lol: :lol:
