A new Disney Acquisition

There was a segment on a News Show we watch in school (Channel One) about this club. That's a lot of money though!

I think that disney will hopefully make the web safer for kids these days!

Two of my sons have Club Penguin accounts, as do two of my nieces and a nephew. I wonder if Disney's primary reason for the purchase was to have access to a large, targeted list of potential customers for other Disney products. The site's probably pretty cheap to run, too.

I just hope they don't ruin it by implementing their current web schemes and technolog into the site. The Disney site is already impossible to navigate with slowness and load issues.
