By 'the same house", do you mean that they use the original panels and ingredients, or the same design?

As far as I know its the same wooden structure thats used each year, and roughly the same covering with Gingerbread. There may be some variation in the finer details, but to the casual eye, it appears to be the same.

Thanks for the reply. This will make me sound a bit foolish and naive, but I was thinking of preserved ingredients being unwrapped yearly. The thought was disturbing.

We didn't see it last time we were down there but this year we are going to do a day of resorts tours so we can see the different set ups. Can't wait.
