Last year my family went to WDW. It just figures that about a week-and-a-half before we were scheduled to go, i was skateboarding with some friends and tried to do a trick of a big ledge, fell, and got a huge gash in my left shin. i went to the hospital and got 7 stitches in my shin. this did not help at all. well, we thought my shin would heal by the time we left, but its just my luck that..............it didnt. so, we went, hoping it wouldnt be such a big deal, and it wasnt. except for not really being able to swim for more than about 25-30min. well, anyways, we stayed for 5 days, just enough time for 1 day in each park. we REALLY rushed in epcot. we atempted to do world showcase and futureworld in one day. NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!!!! At one time, we were almost running through world showcase. we were trying to get to the rose and crown for our reservation. well, we got there and we got to our table which was outside on the patio, lagoonside. these were great seats. i was able to eat my bubbles and sqeak while watching the fabulous(but not as good as fantasmic:animwink: ) illuminations show. it was great. that was a great show. i really liked mgm studios and magic kingdom though. my favorite parks are

1. magic kingdom
2.mgm studios
3. epcot
4. animal kingdom.

and i know im probably not the only one. well, anyways, the lesson of this is that you should not try visiting (and sufficiantly seeing everything) at futureworld and world showcase unless you are feeling ambicious. it is very hard to see everything in epcot in one day. the other lesson is that you should not try or do anything at least 3 months before your next disney trip which could lessen your enjoyment(i enjoy everything about disney, anyone else??:animwink: ) at walt disney world.

thanks alot

OH, Maria!! Oh my gosh. Okay, that will have me giggling all day.

Oh, and bizkid, sorry about your bad luck... my husband had a mole removed a couple weeks before we went one year.. sounds harmless enough, however, the dr. wanted to be extremely thorough, and left him with a two inch long incision on his calf. (Maria, do you know what the "calf" is?;) ) Anyway, he was really hurting the whole trip... it was hard to walk. So there's my pointless story for the day... and no, you can't do all of epcot in one day!! :)
