A little help with the planning.

I am planning my first trip to Disneyland and I need some help...

We are plannin on going for the first two weeks in 11/december, there will be me, DH and our two DD ( one will one 1 y and the other will be 8 y).

How is the weather during this period?
And crowds?
Will the carland be open?
Where can I find the refurbish calendar?

The first week of Dec. is a great time to go. The weather is usually mild, the crowds are manageable and all the Christmas decorations are up. :sohappy:

I believe that Carsland is not scheduled to open until 2012.

The weather is chilly for us. 50s during the day, 40s at night.
Crowds are medium. The parks get more crowded the closer you get to Xmas.
Carsland will not be open most likely.
The refurbish schedule is on Disneyland's calendar. You click into each day of the calendar and it tells you what is closed.
