A Large Predicament

I am going to WDW in 8 days! the predicament is I have to choose 1 park and have 7 hours in that park. I have been up late a night having nightmares about having to choose between "My love" EPCOT, or the Magic Kingdom. So I come to this board with an important question and need a critical answer. If you were me and were the Founder of the EPCOT Center Historical Society yet only had seven hours in one park, would you pick EPCOT or MK. I want ot get pics of MS and SE at EPCOT but also want to see TK and CoP for the last time at the Magic Kingdom. Quite a Quagmire. What would you guys do?

GrizzlyHall reportin' for duty. I will pick Magic Kingdom over EPCOT if this is a once in a longtime visit. If this was EPCOT ten years ago, I may have to debate.

Magic Kingdom has that touch. Beyond any words.

Definately the Magic Kingdom. Something doesn't seem right to me about going to WDW and not going to the headliner park. So much more to do there for the day, and more memories to be made.

If you have a chance for only one park, definately Magic Kingdom. Epcot is my favorite, but 7 hours is just not enough. Have mellow day at MK do Liberty Tree for lunch, and no trip is complete without a Galactic Gobbler from the Lunching Pad at RocketTower Plaza.

Go to MK. It's a shame you can't park-hop, because you could spend the majority of time at MK and then go to Epcot for a last-minute survey, inspection, and inventory of that lovely Park...

Its all about Magic Kingdom...the first and true Disney park. Besides, the chance to see CoP and Timekeeper is priceless.

I would have to say EPCOT on this one. It's just going to be a matter of opinion. I love the MK but I can live without the rides. EPCOT has always had that magical feeling to me. I love future world but I am really a big fan of World showcase. I love the variety EPCOT has to offer. Have fun with what ever you choose though!

This is tough one alright!! I would have to choose MK also. I love EPCOT, but the castle and mainstreet and all the different lands and must do food options. You can't go wrong with either choice. I have been to WDW on 7 different occasions and STILL have not seen COP!! Do it while you can.

Have you seen Epcot during the Holiday Season???? It is sooo beautiful! Have you seen the Candlelight Processional? It is so worth it!

I vote for Epcot! You said that you are the founder of the "Epcot Center Historical Society", so I guess you know Epcot like the palm of your hand, but if you haven´t seen it for Christmas, you haven´t seen it at its best! :animwink:

If you have been to Epcot for the Holiday Season and not to MK, then go to MK instead...
