I must be too accustomed to the casual removal of things at Walt Disney World at this point because when I first read the title the thread, I immediately thought that one of the Audio-Animatronic ghosts was removed from the ride and destined to never return. I went into this thread prepared to be devastated and came out pleasantly surprised by cool video.

Yeah this video is old and has several threads already, as pointed out, and is part of a set, supposedly released by Disney as a way of virally marketing Halloween time at Disneyland California since they were all released on the same day back in October 2009, all uploaded by several brand new Youtube accounts, back then. Disney trying to be sneaky. There was a Haunted Mansion one, Tower of Terror one and Space Mountain one. All three can be seen here:

I had to really look at the Tower one. The figure to the maintenance man's right is very visible at 1:24.
