A few questions?

I have a reservation next month and have decided to head down a night early. We are staying at CSR for the rest of our trip, but that first night we have decided to book a ressie at ASM. So, I have a few questions?

1. Can Disney move my luggage to CSR from ASM?

2. We are going to DHS the next day and were wondering if we could go straight there, or do we have to go to CSR to get our MB's scanned?

3. If yes, can we leave our vehicle at ASM, and then drive to CSR from ASM?

1. Yes. But it may take up to three hours and you will have to call Bell Services at CSR to have it delivered to your room, or you can retrieve it from Bell Services yourself.

2. As long as your MagicBand is linked to your ticket media, you can go directly to DHS.

3. Yes.

1. Yes, but they can screw up and lose your luggage. It is not often, but when it is you, it is a pain. This is especially difficult when you get back to your resort to find that all the stores are closed to get new clothes and your DME return is in 3 hours.

One detail that the OP left out was what kind of reservation the second hotel is.

If it's a package reservation that contains the park tickets you plan on using for your entire trip, then you cannot use those tickets until you check in to the second hotel.

But if both hotel reservations are Room Only and you purchased your tickets separately (and linked them to your MDE profiles) then yes, you can go right to a park after your first hotel and wait to check into the second hotel until later.
