Hey everybody...

Its been a long time since I've come to this site, but I wanted everyone to know that I was hurt some of you skipped out on DisOrientorium because of someone else's negative reviews from the first weekend. Alot has changed since then....

By the second week, all of our effects were up and running and our casts' morale jumped significantly. We even became "House of the Week" according to guest surveys, jumping up from no. 4 the previous week.

My cast, cast B, is the most enthusiastic I've ever encountered, and we love what we do. We work hard at trying to scare guests, no matter how many times we've also been mistreated by them.

If you come through on the 28-31, please...give us another chance!

I wish I had done it. I only used Legacy's review because I had a decision to make on which house to cancel out...I had heard no other reviews to go by so I had to do the most logical thing. (Legacy and I usually like the same things...especially movies...so I respected his review.)

Another reason...

When I first heard about this house...it sounded lame.
Then, I went onto the HHN site and read about it...it really seemed pretty cool and I was looking forward to this one the most.
Legacy's review came out sorta negatively about it and I didn't want to be disappointed because I already held it to a higher standard.

I understand how hurt you are, and I feel partially responsible in that respect. However, understand that I take HHN VERY seriously (I flew home from DC just to do it) and I viewed Diso as an effects house that was simply poorly designed. Believe me, I know what it's like to be a scaractor, but if the house does not have a good layout (which I didn't think it did), no matter how good the scaractors are isn't going to salvage my opinion of it. I prefer highly detailed, story-driven houses, which Diso isn't. That's not a crack on you or anybody else in your house, it's just how I feel. Honestly, an upside down room, a sideways room, and a slanted room would have greatly increased my opinions of it. I saw it the second week, (A cast all three times through) and it never did anything for me. It's not a bad house, it's just not my bag.

I'm going to HHN tomorrow night (29th) and I'm looking forward to Disorientorium. That was the only house I skipped last time, and I wanna see what all the fuss is about lol.

I went through the house on Sunday night and thought it was fun...rather than scary. Although the people in the black and white room jumped out at us.

I loved this one, I did get really scared with all the mirrors though, that kinda ruined it for me, but I defintly dont think this is close to being the worst, that would go to Hellgate, in my opinion that is
