A cool vision of what EPCOT could be...

Wow. That's impressive stuff and I like some of his ideas. Not all, but enough. Everything looks impressive, futuristic, and wide open, as if in the 70s they went to 2010 to pick up design tips.

*jawdrop* That would be beyond incredible. This could've easily made Epcot the greatest theme park ever built. The level of detail and effor Schaab put into this is just... woah. I'm surprised he hasn't applied for WDI yet.

Count me impressed. That's really taking Walt's original idea of EPCOT and bringing into the new century. The scope of it is so incredible that even a portion of it would be an accomplishment. Disney ought to hire this kid full time - anything less would be a waste.

The size, the scope, the purpose of once again making Epcot a learning and cultural center instead of just a theme park... Walt would be pleased.

Someone give this guy unlimited funds and make him Dictator of EPCOT.

Although I'm not 100% on-board with his ideas, it really does put into stark contrast what could be done with EPCOT vs. what is being done (not much)

After looking at that, I'm reminded of the failed Eisner project, the Disney Institute. I lived in Orlando during the time the Institute was around and still never knew much about it. IMO they made a mistake by not making it a part of EPCOT, it would have been a much better fit if they could have incorporated that into the park.

Oh, I disagree with some of his ideas, too. But it's the most far-reaching concept to "fix" EPCOT that I've ever seen.

It is absolutely beautiful work, and truly in the spirit of classic Disney pushing the boundaries of innovation.

I would love to hear what Eddie Sotto thinks about his ideas...Eddie you out there?

You might want to bring it up in that Eddie Sotto specific thread, that's the only one he ever seems to respond in.
