Here is how I'd do it, were I going to bother, which I wouldn't because I don't believe they'd care.

Dear Disney-

I miss the Meet and Greet with the Coral Reef in Epcot. Please consider this my official request that it be brought back into the park.

Would you feel better if I just sent you photos of me with Flik? I met him numerous times and I'm actually quite photogenic. If you like you can photoshop your face onto mine and just pretend it's you. If you're about a size 10 it should work and if you are lacking in the chest area no worries - I've got double D's so you can tell people this was pre-breast reduction surgery if you like.

I would also ask that you keep my friends and family in the photos. I mean, I'm giving you Flik and letting you use my body, the least you can do is not cut out my family, right?

This obsession is somewhat amusing, but I can understand why you would want to see you favourite characters in the parks. Visit during the week when the obscure characters are due to come out to play and hope that Flik is among them. Otherwise you could always visit during Halloween season and hope someone decides to dress up as Flik and Princess Atta?
