I am....so excited and I need to share this with a group I know will understand! I am planning a sort of unexpected, serendipitous October trip for a few days to see Better Than Ezra play at the Food and Wine festival on the 7th and 8th!
I have been wanting to go but couldn't find anyone who could go along with me. Unsure if I wanted to take a solo trip for a few reasons, along with my already planned trip in January, I had finally conceded that my dream to see one of my favorite bands play a concert at my favorite place on Earth was just not going to be possible. Well this is where fate steps into the picture. My friend, not quite a Disney-holic but he appreciates WDW and has traveled there for many work-related conferences, will be staying on WDW property that week for a conference! So not only do I have a friend (and fellow BTE fan to boot!) to go to the concert with, but he said I can crash at his room at Coronado Springs! Add this in with a free plane ticket (thank you, frequent flier miles!) and my annual pass....this is a win-win-win situation!
So now I must decided where we will dine....I'm probably just going to go from the 5th-9th because he will only be there from the 6th-9th. Which means I'll need to book a room for one night (decisions decisions!) I will also be on my own during the day, which is sort of exciting because I love to explore the parks alone even when I travel with a group. I also need to try to make some dining decisions....I know he's dined all over property, preferring some of the more upscale establishments. This is all so exciting! I'm so thankful that I have this place to post my feelings without fear of judgment! :ROFLOL:
