I know, I'm a proud dad, but kids sure bring a nice perspective to visiting Disney.
How to enjoy your Disney trip
So you can have the best Walt Disney World trip, a main ingredient is to
pace yourselves. A tiring vacation doesn't make a happy one. To avoid this
situation, I reccomend these resolvers: take your time at the parks. What our family does is to go to any of the four parks right when the gate opens and then stay till lunch, then head back to the room for a hour or so, take a nap, then head to the parks after you are good and rested. Now, I know that you guys want to see all the things to see, and you might want to stay all day, but I am just reccomending this because it is what we do to stay refreshed and not tired.
Another way to avoid having a vacation that you dont want to have is to take advantage of Fastpasses. They will really help you when you need them, and they are huge time savers. I mean, really! Who wants to spend their vacation waiting in lines when theres a whole "World" to see??
Walt Disney didn't spend all his time making intricate decorations in the hotels for nothing, so stop to smell the roses--that was me using a saying that really means to stop and fancy the little things. Sometimes our family devotes an afternoon to the pool, then head back to Italy to enjoy some wine--that was for you Aunt Sandy and Angela. The pools are a blast and a must-see, they are just awesome and the hard work that is put into them really pays off.
No matter how hard I look and how hard I search, I cant find any restaurant as good and magical as the resteraunts at Disney. There are so many to choose from, and the waiters/waitresses are incredible. They are happy to serve and happy to be there.
You know that some bus will be late, some ride will be shut down, or some kid will barf in front of you in the queue to get on Buzz Lightyear in the Fastpass lane at 11:00P.M. Even is this does happen, chillax. Use this time to rest and enjoy the scenery; just go with the flow.
I shall now refer to the 2nd paragraph for this paragraph-- some rides that you definately want to hit with your Fastpass are The Mountains (Splash, Space, and Thunder),Test Track, Mission:SPACE, Soarin',Toy Story Mania, Rock 'n' RollerCoaster, Tower of Terror, and stuff of the like. These handy dandy little pieces of paper will save you bunches of time.
So,class.....What have you learned today?? Hehe, just remember to take your time, rest, get Fastpasses, enjoy the scenery and food, and a couple other tidbits. I sure hope that this little report helped, and you have a memorable visit.
