Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2025

Construction, one of the nights a week ago already had the perimeters gone and most shells were moved to the main site + 2 enchantment pads.
I'm guessing this is Cars related and not Villans? DE already lowered MK's Perimeters and Cars will cancel these..... Maybe TSI should have stayed.....?

So Disney is both setting arbitrarily low limits to be able to claim "sell outs" when the demand really isn't there and also overselling the party nights so that the wait times are just as long as at other times? Man, Disney is truly an evil genius! And these forums never disappoint...
They can set whatever number limit they want for a sell-out. That is what makes it arbitrary.

Strange rumor that the fireworks won’t feature perimeter fireworks on select dates this month. Any idea why? The supposed dates are September 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, and 30, 2025.
Unless there is something different happening with these dates in the rumor you heard, it wouldn't be the first time this year. A few pages back, wtyy21 mentioned the show sans perimeter fireworks earlier this season and included a youtube link.

Testing non-perimeter (albeit different) version of Mickey's Not so spooky spectacular fireworks is appeared for party guests for this time this year.

For 2019 testing version, which also non-perimeter ones, watch here.

A 7:35pm performance of Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular will be available starting this Sunday, September 28. This earlier showtime will continue through the remainder of the Halloween parties:

Nice!
The night I will be there…and this show is one of the best elements of the Party experience.

Bring on the Halloween fun …woo hoo!

So with a second sell out year what does Disney do to get more money out of this? Increase the attendance cap? Add more dates? Add upcharge experience within the party?

Maybe add a 2nd event to another park like they did with Jollywood Nights for the holiday season?

Maybe just continued gradual price increases until Villains Land is open and then an upcharge to enter that area during MNSSHP?

I think it would be fun to have a Halloween party at EPCOT, in the World Showcase. Have trick-r-treating at each country, with candies from each country. It would also be interesting to learn how each country celebrates Halloween, or if they have a different holiday (ie Dia de los Muertos).
Leave the rest of EPCOT open, but require a special ticket for World Showcase.

That is an interesting idea - could also use the Luminous infrastructure for a Halloween themed show

Please no more parties!

Unless they put it in Disney Springs or one of the hotels. Guests could trick or treat around CBR and win prizes with a special performance or something in the convention space.

No. Guests were bitterly complaining about the over-crowdedness of the 2019 and previous parties. WDW has been careful since the pandemic to not do that again.

Add more dates?

No dates left for Halloween except to start it on Aug 1.

Christmas upcharge nights could expand into January concluding with a 3 Kings party up to mid-February (same Christmas party but with a 3 Kings float). Throw in New Year's stuff.

Other than that, it would have to be a new kind of party at another time of year. They could make the three weeks before and after 4th of July an Americana BBQ Party. But they would need new floats and a much, much better fireworks/castle projection show.

Add upcharge experience within the party?
There's already dessert parties.

They could do the extra upcharge stuff that Jollywood Nights is doing with special meals at the special restaurants.

In the end, it sold out. Same rate as last time. Obviously, the tipping point hasn't been reached. Look forward to next year's hunt for that tipping point with a higher price tag.
